First of all, the Kukkiwon will look back on itself to check it has not been too conceited. The Kukkiwon will renew itself and again become the lead for the development of Taekwondo. There have been conflicts of interest amongst different Taekwondo organizations during the transition of the Kukkiwon from a foundation corporation, to a special purpose corporation. However, the special purpose corporation of the Kukkiwon will work to bring harmony to the Taekwondo family so we can all work together with a common goal of the further development of Taekwondo. The Kukkiwon will be faithful to its basic principles, and do our utmost for the development of Taekwondo as the respected World Taekwondo Headquarters.

One of the keys to competitiveness for the Kukkiwon will be to raise its brand value by nurturing creative, capable and professional human resource to fit this global era. Furthermore, we will reinforce the dignity of the Kukkiwon by strengthening the international competitiveness based on the Taekwondo culture. We will also improve our administrative procedures to fit this global era for our Taekwondo family which now consists of over seventy million practitioners.

To accelerate the growth engine of the Kukkiwon, we will reach out and improve communication with our Taekwondo family, and leading reformative discussions for the future of Taekwondo. The Special Corporation Kukkiwon will work with our worldwide Taekwondo family to solve current difficulties, and take on new challenges.

Moreover, it will be an open place where we can listen to the voice of our Taekwondo family.
