- 1. The applicant of 6th Dan or higher Dan has to summit his or her own writing thesis along with an application.
The thesis requires ten or more pages with A-4 size paper. - 2. In order to prove the residency of applicant with other nationality who has been living more than six months in the country, a document has to be submitted such as a copy of school letter, driver's license, or green-card etc.
- 3. Please send a copy of ID, such as a passport or birth certificate, to correct your name or date of birth with your Dan number and a memo to explain your request . We try to do our best services for your satisfaction.
