|[ Etc ] Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon is Receiving Articles|
Taekwondo Research Institute of Kukkiwon (hereinafter referred to as “Research Institute”) is receiving articles to be published in the ‘Taekwondo Journal of Kukkiwon (hereinafter referred to as “Taekwondo Journal”)’.
Taekwondo Journal, which published its first issue in June 2010, has increased the number of issues over the years, and is currently being issued 4 times a year. It is one of the candidates to be registered in the list of the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF).
Researchers who wish to publish their articles in the Taekwondo Journal only need to write their articles in Korean and English and submit them.
As long as it fits a certain form with it’s a subject related to Taekwondo, anybody can submit their articles. The details related to submitting articles, including instructions and forms for submission, can be found in the Research Institute website (research.kukkiwon.or.kr).
The submitted articles will be thoroughly evaluated by reviewers composed of domestic and foreign scholars, and the Editorial Committee will make final decisions on whether to publish the articles.
The researchers of the selected articles will receive US$400 (KRW 500,000) of research grants, and the articles will be published in the Taekwondo Journal.
The Research Institute is devoted to upgrading the Taekwondo Journal into an international academic journal at the level of SCI, by encouraging Taekwondo academic research and implementing projects to support new researchers.
Meanwhile, submissions for the articles to be published in the Taekwondo Journal Volume 8 Number 3 will be received from July 1st.
